The ultimate intellectual challenge in family law is in the courtroom, which Don lives for and where he thrives. The three keys to courtroom success are preparation, preparation, and preparation. In every case, Don analyzes the facts and applies the law thoroughly in preparation for presentment to the Court before he ever steps foot from his office. At the Courthouse, his constant presence and honest, hard-working approach has earned him a reputation, amongst his peers and the judiciary, for credibility that serves his clients well.

As a result of Don’s devotion to divorce and family law, he has completed the advanced training to represent children and is Court-approved in DuPage County to serve as a Guardian ad Litem, child's representative, or attorney for the child as the Court may consider appropriate. In addition, Don is also Court-approved in DuPage County to serve a Mediator to resolve custody and visitation matters.
